Publication: Association Rules and Genotype tests

A manuscript by Mateen Shaikh and Joseph Beyene has recently been accepted. The paper to appear in Statistical Applications in Genetics and Molecular Biology provides a novel approach to testing genotype-phenotype  relationships using association rules.
